Elana Rubin AM has over 20 years of experience as a non-executive company director across diverse sectors of the Australian economy including roles within the financial services, insurance, infrastructure, professional services and not-for-profit sectors.
Ms Rubin is a non-executive director of ASX-listed companies Dexus and Telstra, and is on the board of several unlisted companies & Victorian Government authorities. She has also been a member of several advisory boards in property, infrastructure and governance.
Ms Rubin was a member of the Federal Government's Infrastructure Australia Council from May 2011 to September 2014.
She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Australian Institute of Management, Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees and the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. She is also a member of Chief Executive Women & Women Corporate Directors (International).
In 2021, Ms Rubin was awarded a Member of the Order of Australia for services to corporate governance and community.
