Ean Alexander has over 20 years of corporate finance, investment, and asset management experience across the Asia-Pacific region. He developed advanced skills in M&A, deal structuring, valuation, capital raisings, asset management, and business operations during his 4-year tenure at Macquarie Capital in Hong Kong. He was also an investment director for a leading regional private equity fund. Since returning to Australia, Mr Alexander has been involved on the boards of several private companies and ASX-listed companies, in leadership and director roles, and has focused on the cannabis industry regionally.
