Douglas Tay is currently director of Provident Capital Partners, an investment company with interests in gold and copper mining, telecom infrastructure, palm plantations, real estate and biomass trading. Prior to joining Provident, he spent 10 years in Citigroup's investment banking and proprietary trading divisions, focusing on Southeast Asia.
