Donella Caspersz

Dr Donella Caspersz is a lecturer at the University of WA Business School in Management and Industrial Relations. She has managed research into the role of non-family employees in the management of family business, and strategic planning by Indonesian family business. Dr Caspersz completed a survey on human resource practices in family business, and has commenced new research on the topic of ‘Leadership and Family Business Sustainability’ in association with Professor George Kailis of University of Notre Dame Business School.
