Deborah Kiers has over 26 years of experience in providing strategic advice to international boards and executive management teams.
Ms Kiers spent almost ten years as managing director and founding Asia Pacific partner of JMW Consultants.
She is a non-executive director, chair and committee member of IFM Investors, non-executive director of the Tiverton Agriculture Impact Fund, and director of ME Bank having been chair of its people and culture sub-committee.
