Debbie Schroeder has extensive experience in corporations law and corporate governance, risk management and compliance, dispute resolution, employment law, and insurance.
Ms Schroeder joined CSR in 2001 and has been company secretary since 2010. She became head of risk & internal audit in October 2018 and head of legal, company secretariat and risk management in July 2020. Prior to CSR, Ms Schroeder was a lawyer at Tress Cocks & Maddox and Lander & Rogers.
Ms Schroeder holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance, is an associate of the Governance Institute of Australia, and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
