Ms Edmonds has nearly 20 years experience in the IT industry. Until the end of 2016, she served as the Chief Operating Officer for the Company and was part of the management of systems, process and performance as well as the day-to-day operations of the organisation. She has led the development and implementation of processes and systems that have been recognised as practice by vendors. Prior to starting NewLease in 2003, she was in building two other start up businesses. Ms Edmonds has received industry awards for Women in IT and Entrepreneurship. She is also a member of People and Culture Committee.
