Professor David Sadler has always been passionate about the student experience and how this directly links to the teaching and research opportunities provided by universities.
In July 2021, Prof Sadler was appointed to the board of UK-based higher education charity Advance HE, a member-led sector-owned charity that works with institutions and higher education across the world to improve higher education for staff, students and society. Prof Sadler is the only appointment from outside the UK.
