David O'Connor

David O’Connor has over 21 years of experience and holds a Bachelor of Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Diploma in Engineering Practice from the University of Technology, Sydney. Mr O'Connor was awarded the National Engineering Excellence Award in 2005 by the Institute of Engineers, Australia.
