David Lynch is a director and partner of Sia Partners (formerly Churchill Consulting) where he leads the performance improvement service line. He joined the company in March 2012 as a principal consultant before becoming a director and partner in April 2019.
Specialising in organisational strategic change, Mr Lynch has a broad range of Australian and international experience which focuses on operating model transformation and business improvement, using technology as the catalyst for change, across an array of industries.
