David Griffiths is chair of Automotive Holdings Group and deputy chair of ThinkSmart. Mr Griffiths has previously held a range of senior financial executive positions and has extensive experience in equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and the corporate advisory sector. He is the former chair of Northern Iron, a former divisional director of Macquarie Bank, and executive chair of Porter Western.
