Godolphin Resources has returned further encouraging drill intersections from resource definition drilling at its Lewis Ponds polymetallic project in NSW's revered Lachlan Fold Belt region. The latest stand-out drill hit from the company's second diamond hole at Lewis Ponds was a broad 43.2m grading an average 1.82 g/t gold, 14 g/t silver and 0.4 per cent zinc and lead combined for a gold equivalent grade of 2.36 g/t from 446m.

Godolphin Resources has been buoyed by a promising start to its resource definition drilling program at its Lewis Ponds polymetallic project in NSW's venerated Lachlan Fold Belt region. The stand-out drill intersection from the company's first diamond hole at Lewis Ponds was 18.6m grading 1.38 g/t gold, 55 g/t silver, 5.4 per cent zinc and 1.8 per cent lead for a gold equivalent grade of 6.72 g/t from 72m.

Godolphin Resources has unveiled a revised mineral resource estimate for its historic Lewis Ponds polymetallic project in NSW's Lachlan Fold Belt region and kicked off a major drilling campaign in and around the resource area. The resource now stands at 6.2 million tonnes of ore grading 2.0 g/t gold, 80 g/t silver, 2.7 per cent zinc, 1.6 per cent lead and 0.2 per cent copper.

Godolphin Resources has again returned some tantalising RC drill hits it says continue to point to the margins of a potential copper-gold porphyry-style mineralised system at its Turrawonga discovery in NSW's Lachlan Fold Belt. Notable intercepts from the latest round of drilling were 30m at 0.64 g/t gold and 0.04 per cent copper from 178m including 18m at 1.0 g/t gold, which in turn includes a 2m section going an intriguing 6.9 g/t.

It recently completed a couple of new deep infill drill holes at Turrawonga after an initial two holes returned 32m at 0.29 g/t gold and 0.13 per cent copper from 210m.

Godolphin Resources says it has discovered a new copper-gold porphyry-style mineralised system at its Copper Hill East project 35km north of Orange, NSW, in the revered Lachlan Fold Belt following an initial round of deep RC drilling. The most notable intercept from the recent RC holes was 32m at 0.29 g/t gold and 0.13 per cent copper from 210m including 12m going 0.45 g/t gold and 0.22 per cent copper.

Godolphin Resources' evaluation of its Lewis Ponds project has presented some intriguing possibilities for the company with an assessment of the previous drilling unearthing a number of outstanding drill intercepts including 91m at an impressive 2.30 g/t gold and 79 g/t silver from 427m, including a high-grade core of 10m at 8.82 g/t gold and 255 g/t silver.

Godolphin Resources has taken a second look at its Lewis Ponds project in NSW that was previously thought to be prospective for lead and zinc but now looks to be potentially even more lucrative for gold and silver. An extensive 1300m long gold and silver surface geochemical anomaly has delivered soil samples kicking as high as 6.2 g/t gold and 26.1 g/t silver.

Godolphin Resources has returned a couple of very encouraging gold hits from the first hole of a phase two RC drilling program at its Mount Aubrey gold project in the venerated copper-gold Lachlan Fold Belt province in NSW. Notable intersections from that hole were 3m going 7.41 grams per tonne gold from 99m including 1m at 21 g/t, and 7m at 1.52 g/t from 36m.

Godolphin Resources has picked up some highly anomalous gold sniffs at its historic Lewis Ponds project about 15km east of Orange, NSW, in the venerated Lachlan fold belt, with the assay numbers swaying the company to now focus its exploration attention on gold at the project. Lewis Ponds lies 20km north of Regis Resources' two-million-ounce McPhillamys gold deposit.

Godolphin Resources is gearing up for the second phase of drilling at its Mount Aubrey project in the revered copper-gold Lachlan Fold Belt in NSW, as it looks to join the plethora of gold hopefuls clamouring to transform historic mothballed mining projects into lucrative money makers once again. Earlier this year, Godolphin ploughed in 14 RC drill holes at Mt Aubrey, most of which intersected gold mineralisation.

Godolphin Resources is set to drill test its Gundagai South project with recent mapping and sampling pointing to some interesting looking ‘walk up' gold targets. Recent field work has identified priority areas associated with historical mine workings at the Surprise North, Highway and Stoney Creek South prospects. Work is expected to kick off in August 2020.
