Mr Di Pilla is the founder, director and shareholder of the Aurrum Aged Care group.

From 2004 to 2015, he was managing director and senior advisor of UBS Australia where he had advised some of Australia's corporations on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital market transactions. He led the team that founded and established the consortium to acquire HomeCo in 2016. From 2014 to 2016, he was a strategic advisor and director to the operating subsidiaries of the Tenix Group of Companies.
