David Clarke has over 35 years' experience in investment banking, funds management, property finance and retail banking. Mr Clarke was chief executive of Investec Bank (Australia) from 2009 to 2013. He was also a member of the Global Operating Forum for the Investec Group (Investec Plc and Investec Ltd) and director of several Investec operating companies. Prior to joining Investec Bank, Mr Clarke was chief executive of Allco Finance Group and director of AMP, following five years at Westpac Banking Corporation where he held a number of senior roles including chief executive of the Wealth Management Business, BT Financial Group. Mr Clarke was executive director at Lend Lease Corporation, chief executive of MLC, and chief executive of Lloyds Merchant Bank in London.
