Mr Seng has more than 39 years of experience in oil palm cultivation, milling and construction. In 1980, he attended the Palm Oil Mill Engineer/Executive Training course on palm oil mill operations organised by the Malaysian Oil Palm Growers Council. He was admitted and enrolled as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court ofMalaya in 1990. He is also the Executive Chairman of MHC Plantations Bhd and Managing Director of Cepatwawasan Group Berhad, both of which are oil palm plantation corporations listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia.
