Darryl Cuzzubbo has over 30 years of experience across global senior executive and executive directorial roles in multi-commodity, services and manufacturing businesses.
He had spent 24 years with BHP where he managed multiple complex operations such as Olympic Dam and large explosive manufacturing plants across more than 20 countries, delivering large greenfield and brownfield projects, as well as the financing of project development and acquisition activities.
After BHP, Mr Cuzzubbo became the chief manufacturing and supply officer, and group executive and president of Auspac Asia during his 5-year tenure at Orica. He then became managing director and chief executive of SolGold for a year before joining Arafura Rare Earths in November 2021, initially as a non-executive director and then as chief executive and managing director in February 2024.
