Darren Jackson

Justice Darren Jackson is a barrister with wide experience in all aspects of commercial law, with a particular emphasis on contractual disputes in the field of energy and resources.

He has appeared as sole or lead counsel in numerous hearings before various courts and tribunals, including the Supreme Court of Western Australia, the Western Australian Court of Appeal, the Federal Court and commercial arbitrations.

Justice Jackson was appointed to the Federal Court of Australia in March 2019.
