Daniela Fontana has over 30 years of experience in customer service and operations delivery, predominantly within the transport industry.
Prior t becoming the chief executive of A2B Australia in March 2023, Ms Fontana was chief executive of the State Transit Authority, a NSW Government enterprise, which she joined in July 2018 as an executive director of customer operations. She had also spent six years with Qantas as a cabin crew base manager.
