Daniel Fingland has over 9 years of experience in industry and management consulting. His key expertise and experience lie in strategic sourcing, organisation design, supply chain optimisation, working capital optimisation, process improvement and program management.
Prior to becoming the chief operating officer of People Diagnostix in March 2021, Mr Fingland was a principal consultant of Integrion for over 2 years; head of growth, improvement & insights at Silver Chain for over 2 years; manager of strategy & performance improvement at Churchill; working capital manager and transformation manager at Coles Supermarkets; and performance improvement manager at Ernst & Young.
Mr Fingland holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University, and is a graduate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
