Daniel Smith has over 15 years of primary and secondary capital markets expertise, having been involved in a number of IPOs, RTOs and capital raisings on the ASX, AIM and NSX.
Mr Smith co-owns Minerva Corporate, a private corporate consulting firm. He has been a non-executive director and/or company secretary for several companies operating in the resources sector, and has been heavily involved in project origination and evaluation.
Mr Smith holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Curtin University, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
