Craig Amos is a qualified chartered accountant with over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, merger and acquisitions, corporate transactions and commercial projects within corporate and professional service environments. He has been a chief financial officer of ASX-listed and large private companies, and held strategy and corporate development roles, for over a decade.
Mr Amos became a partner of RSM Perth's corporate finance team in July 2021. Prior to that, he was the chief financial officer of Velrada, chief financial officer of Decmil, and executive director in the corporate finance division of Ernst & Young where he gained extensive experience leading teams on a range of strategic corporate transactions.
Mr Amos holds a Bachelor of Commerce (with Honours), a Graduate Diploma in Advanced Auditing, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance. He is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
