Corey Scidone joined H-U in 2025, having worked with Hesperia since April 2021, where he was the senior development manager responsible for the management and delivery of Hesperia’s heritage, residential and mixed-use built form projects.

Prior to joining Hesperia, Mr Scidone spent over 6 years with Mirvac Group, where he was responsible for the delivery of key residential built form projects Claremont on the Park and The Peninsula Burswood.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Property & Marketing (with Distinction) from Curtin University.
