Collis Thorp

Collis Thorp has significant and diverse experience in all aspects of major project feasibility and development including mining, process design, metallurgy, infrastructure, environment and metals market. Prior to becoming chief executive of Image Resources in May 2014, Mr Thorp was managing director of the Cable Sands Group which operated four mineral sands mines (titanium, zircon) in Western Australia and a former chief executive of Moly Mines. Mr Thorp was also vice president and executive councillor of the Chamber of Mines and Energy in Western Australia, and a past chair of its Conservation, Environment and Land Management Committee.
