Cliff Winby has over 20 years of experience in the property and infrastructure industry.
Mr Winby spent over 14.5 years at APP Corporation where as regional general manager, he was responsible for its financial performance and business operations including leadership of a team of 50 professionals. Mr Winby then became project director of Brookfield Properties in June 2019 where he has been involved in a range of prospective developments, predominantly on the premium-grade building One The Esplanade at Elizabeth Quay in Perth City. He was promoted to vice president of developments for Brookfield Properties in April 2023.
