Clara Hagan has broad litigation experience, having acted in a variety of matters for corporations and individuals in the Western Australian and Federal jurisdictions. She has appeared in all Western Australian first instance and appellate jurisdictions, and in the Federal Court of Australia.
Ms Hagan also has experience undertaking commercial transactional work and has been involved in some intellectual property matters.
