Claire Hannon

Claire Hannon has been the deputy company secretary and legal counsel of Newcrest Mining since December 2014, having joined the company in February 2013 as a senior corporate counsel. She provides support to the board, and advises on a variety of matters including governance, disclosure and equity incentive plans.

Prior to that, Ms Hannon had worked at Ashurst Australia and Clifford Chance LLP as a corporate lawyer, specialising in mergers & acquisitions and corporations & securities law.
