Chris Weaver has over 23 years of commercial property experience in Australia and the United Kingdom and has held roles in valuation; sales and leasing; asset, property and development management; and establishment of investment syndicates and trusts.
Mr Weaver co-founded Burtonwood Investment Partners in 2020. Prior to that, he spent over 12 years as founding director of Warrington Capital Partners (re-named Blackoak Capital in 2020), a private equity real estate investment management business that invested over $600 million across Australia between 2008 and 2020 across 15 separate trusts and funds. He is also a board member of Murlpirrmarra Connection, a registered charity that facilitates the educational management of remote Indigenous students and provides opportunities for community sport, recreation, health programs and employment.
Mr Weaver holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Property) from Curtin University. He is a licensed valuer, associate member of the Australian Property Institute, and a licensed real estate agent and Triennial Certificate Holder.
