Chris Singleton has over 30 years experience in public, private and not-for-profit companies.
Mr Singleton was involved in business startup to exit, strategic direction, mergers, acquisition, divestment, restructuring and recapitalisation.
In 1998, Mr Singleton co-founded B Digital, a company operating in the mobile telephony and outsourced customer relationship management services sectors which listed on the ASX in 2000 raising US$50 million. He also co-founded Ultimate Skills Global, Australia's leading provider of international staffing and recruitment which was subsequently acquired by ASX-listed Humanis Group.
Mr Singleton has been appointed to the boards of companies in Australia, Singapore, Turkey.
