Chris Els has resigned as company secretary of Danakali. The company has appointed Melissa Chapman and Catherine Grant-Edwards as joint company secretaries.
Danakali has appointed Stuart Tarrant as chief financial officer, replacing Chris Els who has resigned from the position. Mr Tarrant was formerly head of finance at Danakali.
