Charmaine Lamprecht joined Capital Partners Private Wealth Advisers in May 2012 as operations manager before becoming chief operating officer in July 2018.
Prior to that, Ms Lamprecht was travelling through South Africa (where she met her husband) and they were working with lions as wildlife conservation volunteers. Back in Australia, she also volunteered as a docent at Perth Zoo and at Kanyana Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre, helping injured and sick wildlife.
