Charmaine Hopkins

Charmaine Hopkins has been with Worley from November 2019 to December 2021 as executive group director of corporate finance. She had a short stint as interim chief financial officer from June to November 2021.

Prior to that, Ms Hopkins spent 17 years at KPMG, including a 12-month secondment to Worley as the global director of corporate finance. She was also a KPMG partner for six years.

Ms Hopkins has an in-depth understanding of public company reporting requirements and capital structure.
