As the co-founder and managing partner of Neo Legal - a law firm specialising in blockchain consultancy, corporate law, commercial law and immigration - Mr Lee’s portfolio includes multiple high net-worth clients and client family offices situated in Melbourne and overseas
Mr Lee was also a co-founder and chief executive of STAX, a platform that facilitated Australia’s first IPO to take USDT cryptocurrency as investment subscription funds. Notably, STAX allowed both retail and wholesale investors to participate in capital raises, which uniquely accepted both fiat currency and cryptocurrency investments.
