
Caroline Lindsey is a specialist major projects lawyer practising in power & utilities, oil & gas, mining and energy regulation. Her career experience includes over 5 years of practice in London and several client secondments to major international utilities and mining companies. Ms Lindsey has a broad experience advising utilities, major international oil and gas and mining companies, independent power producers, investment banks and government agencies on a diverse range of energy matters. Her expertise includes advising on greenfield and brownfield power (including conventional and solar PV, onshore and offshore wind, biomass and waste-to-energy) projects, upstream oil & gas matters, nuclear decommissioning, waste and mining projects, energy M&A and energy regulatory issues. Ms Lindsey also has extensive experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial arrangements including power purchase agreements, EPC and O&M agreements, wholesale electricity and environmental product trading agreements, sale and purchase agreements for gas and power, tolling agreements, gas transportation and grid connection and access arrangements and joint venture agreements.
