Bruce Rathie has been a professional non-executive director since 2000 with ASX-listed and unlisted companies predominantly in the financial services, biotechnology and technology sectors.
Prior to that, he had successful executive careers in law and finance. He was senior corporate counsel to Robert Holmes a Court’s at Bell Resources in the mid 1980s. His professional experience includes numerous executive director, non-executive director and chair positions in public and private sectors.
Mr Rathie holds a Masters of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Law, a Bachelor of Commerce, a Graduate Diploma in Company Secretarial Practice, a Graduate Diploma Australian Institute of Company Directors, and is a Fellow of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Institute of Management.
