Chief Operating Officer / genU
Brooke Draper was appointed chief operating officer at genU in 2025, responsible for disability, aged care, employment, training and accommodation services nationally. She transitioned into this role following the merger with Activ, where she had served as chief operating officer. Ms Draper has more than 20 years’ leadership experience across health, community and disability services, with a focus on operational excellence, client outcomes and building sustainable national service models. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
