The City of South Perth is the latest local government to be in the spotlight after three councillors resigned over the weekend, with the minister calling for a reset of the sector.
Bronwyn Waugh has been preselected as the Liberal Party of WA candidate in South Perth, beating City of South Perth Mayor Greg Milner and Hayley Cormann.
The Liberal preselection contest in Bateman, Forrest, Dawesville, Jandakot and Riverton appears to be a formality, with sole nominees, including some familiar faces, raising their hand in each electorate.
