He has deep market knowledge, links throughout the industry and understanding of the complete corporate real estate cycle from both an owner's and occupier's perspective. Mr Madden provides commercial real estate advisory services to private organisations, public companies, multinationals and government agencies throughout Western Australia including development of corporate real estate strategy, site selection, lease negotiation, documentation review, financial analysis and management of office construction. He also coordinates the Global Corporate Services business unit within Western Australia.
