Brent Henley has over 25 years of experience working in a range of senior finance and corporate roles in Australia and overseas. He has experience working with companies undergoing growth, both organically as well as through acquisitions, and has international experience in managed services, software and related IT professional services in Australia, US and Europe.

Prior to becoming the chief financial officer, executive director and joint company secretary of Bravura Solutions in early 2022, Mr Henley was the chief financial officer, group executive and chief commercial officer of ASX-listed Macquarie Telecom. He had also worked with Lenovo and NetApp.
