Brendan O'Hara

Brendan O'Hara, LLB, B.Juris (Hons), was the chief executive and executive chair of Summit Resources. Mr. O'Hara was general manager of special projects & risk at Paladin Energy (formerly Paladin Resources). He has experience in mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, securities industry law and corporate regulation. Mr O'Hara worked at the Australian Stock Exchange in various roles including as national manager of companies for 13 years. He is a Senior Fellow and Regional Councillor of the Financial Services Institute of Company Directors. Mr O'Hara holds a Bachelors of Laws and Jurisprudence (with First Class Honours) from the University of Western Australia in 1988.
