Brendan Fyfe is a mining and finance specialist with significant direct experience in the mining industry.
He was a partner in a leading international law firm in Hong Kong prior to returning to Perth. Mr Fyfe has a longstanding involvement in mining, working directly in the industry for a decade before becoming a lawyer. He acts for mining companies, contractors, service providers and suppliers in the development, financing, operation and divestment of projects. His other practice focus is on banking and finance, where he has regularly advised several leading global banks and large corporations in general lending, project finance, trade finance and debt restructuring matters.
Legal 500 Asia Pacific recommended Mr Fyfe as being "noted for his ability to understand his clients’ needs from a commercial perspective".
