Borden Putnam

Borden Putnam is a geologist with over 38 years of experience in the mineral industry, with a focus on exploration and asset evaluations. From 1976 to 1991, he was a project geologist and district manager for AMAX Exploration and Newmont Exploration. He also served as vice president and chief geologist for MRDI (now AMEC) from 1991 to 1996. Mr Putnam was vice president and principal of Robertson Stephens Investment Management from 1996 to 2001, and managing director of Eastbourne Capital Management from 2001 to 2009. In 2009, Mr Putnam established his mining industry consultancy business providing technical evaluations, due diligence audits and investment advice.
