Blair Sergeant is an experienced public company executive. He has also held non-executive director and/or company secretary positions for listed entities across a broad spectrum of the industry.
Mr Sergeant was the executive director of Bowen Coking Coal, founding managing director of Lemur Resources, and finance director of Coal of Africa.
Outside of mining, he was the inaugural managing director of Vmoto where he oversaw its first mover position in the production of electric driven two-wheeled mopeds.
Mr Sergeant is a Chartered Secretary with a Bachelor of Business and a Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Administration. He is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia, member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and an associate of the Australian Certified Practising Accountants.
