Barry Lewin is the founder and managing director of SLM Corporate where he advises public and private companies on mergers, acquisitions, transaction structuring, debt and equity issues, business sales, and all aspects of corporate governance.
Prior to establishing SLM Corporate in 1999, Mr Lewin spent 12 years as an in-house counsel to a number of ASX-listed companies.
