Dr Maleke spent 20 years in senior management at the Development Bank of South Africa and held the position of Regional Executive for the Southern African Development Community and East Africa Regions. He serves on the Board of Econet Telecoms Lesotho. He is a member of Risk & IT Committee and Governance, Ethics, Transformation, Social and Compensation Committee.
