Antonella Pacitti is an expert in mergers and acquisitions, equity fundraisings and restructurings, and general corporate advisory. This includes advising listed companies in Western Australia's mining and energy industries in both regulated and unregulated M&A transactions, initial public offers, secondary raisings, acquisition funding arrangements and capital restructuring initiatives.
Ms Pacitti has been recognised in Best Lawyers in the areas of Corporate Law and Corporate/Governance Practice since 2015.
She co-led the Ashurst team in advising Atlas Iron on the Australasian Law Awards 2016 Insolvency & Restructuring Deal of the Year and the Turnaround Management Association Awards 2016 Restructuring Deal of the Year. She also acted for Macmahon Holdings over a number of years on contested M&A transactions, advising MMA Offshore on a number of major corporate initiatives and acting for BHP Billiton on strategic divestments.
