Anne O'Driscoll has over 35 years of business experience across the insurance industry.
She sits on the boards of non-listed companies including MDA National and Commonwealth Insurance, and was a director of the NSW Self-Insurance Corporation and Australasian Investor Relations Association.
Ms O'Driscoll has also held other senior management roles at Insurance Australia Group and NRMA Group, and was the chief financial officer of Genworth Australia between 2009 and 2012. She worked with Haughey Boland (now Deloitte) before joining Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) in London.
