Andrew Leibovitch is a chartered accountant with more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance and project management, primarily in the oil and gas sector. He is an executive director and co-founder of two unlisted gas companies - Western Gas, which has acquired the Equus gas project offshore WA, and Goshawk Energy, an onshore WA-focused oil and gas explorer and developer. Previously, he held executive roles at Woodside Petroleum as general manager of Browse LNG project and general manager of Eastern Australia Gas Business Unit. Mr Leibovitch was a director and co-founder of Sunbird Energy, a Southern African focused gas explorer and developer. He was also a director of Transerv Energy, involved in acquiring Transerv’s interests in the Perth Basin and commencement of appraisal programs.
