Andrew Houtas has extensive experience in chartered and public accounting roles and an in-depth knowledge in accounting, taxation and compliance within a range of organisations and industries, privately owned firms and larger public global institutions. He is a qualified CPA and has expertise in accounting, compliance, operations, risk management and project management. Mr Houtas is the managing director of Potter Morgan, a boutique consultancy business, and has spent time as a manager at Perpetual and held senior roles at UBS Wealth Management. He was a non-executive director of Western Mining Network where he successfully raised funds from a network of private investors and implemented a number of initiatives to transition the company into its new phase of Cobalt exploration.
