Andrew Billing is an experienced business leader skilled in implementing strategy, diversification of revenue and business opportunities, development of collaborative business practices and resource sharing, and creating workplace cultures of high productivity and performance. Employed by the O group from 1998 to August 2015, Mr Billing held a number of leadership roles prior to his appointment as chief executive in 2004. Under his leadership, O group became a prolific and diverse human resource and business advisory group of companies and the recipient of many state and national awards. Mr Billing has served on numerous boards for more than 20 years and developed governance experience in the areas of finance, community and employment services, sports and education. He is a director of Community Sector Banking, Community Sector Enterprises, and Community 21. Mr Billing is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and Australian Institute of Company Directors.
