Andrew Bantock has extensive experience in managing a range of international, ASX, TSX, and NZSE listed, private and government businesses, and in applying expertise in strategic leadership, corporate finance, commercial management, project development, finance team development, commercial systems, capital control, risk management and accounting.
With deep operational finance experience in the mining industry, Mr Bantock has led finance and turnaround teams in employing and executing a range of corporate recovery, transaction and performance enhancement strategies to deliver value for company stakeholders.
For over 20 years, Mr Bantock was chief financial officer, chair, chief executive, chief revenue officer and director of international ASX-listed, government sector and private corporations. He was chief financial officer of GlencoreXstrata’s Australian nickel business; director of Water Corporation, Western Australia’s water utility, where he also chaired the Audit and Compliance Committee; chair, chief executive and corporate director of an ASX-listed multi-commodity minerals exploration group; and finance director of ASX/NZSE-listed GRD, owner of New Zealand’s largest gold miner and the internationally recognised GRD Minproc Group, a world class mining construction and development engineer.
